This is not a problem. Just input your email in the email address input field and click the send reset email button. This assumes that the email address you are inputting is the email tied to your account. Check your inbox for the email. It is possible for the email to end up in your spam folder as well so be aware of this.
In the email that you receive, click the Reset Password button. This will launch the password reset page in your browser. In the Reset Password form input your email again and your new password and click the Reset Password button to submit the form.
