Registration for an account is FREE. You will need an account in order to manage your cameras. If you have purchased a new camera but do not yet have an account, then this is your first step.

We require a two step email verification for several reasons. Primarily, it verifies you are who you are and that you have control over the email address you are using while also adding a second check that you have input the email correctly.

It is important to us that we be able to correspond via email, for two main reasons. Primarily, if we have trouble processing your credit card you will need to know about it. If you elect to have the server send you email notifications, then you can be fairly confident they will make it once you have verified your email.

Once you fill out the form, click the Register button to submit your request. Errors that you might encounter are:

• This email address is already used or is invalid.
• Your passwords do not match.
• Email or password is empty.

Once you have submitted the form, start checking your inbox. Keep in mind that our email might go into spam. once you have received the email, click the Verify link in the email to confirm and verify your account email. Only after this step will you be able to log in.
